1. Is the cup leak-proof?
Yes, all Mayzicup models are designed with a leak-proof lid, making them suitable for on-the-go use. Please make sure the lid is fully tightened to prevent any leakage.
2. Will the bamboo shell get moldy or discolored?
Our bamboo shells are treated for water resistance and durability. Under normal use and with proper care—such as keeping the cup dry and avoiding long-term soaking—the bamboo will not easily mold or change color. For light stains, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth.
3. How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mayzicup.com. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
4. Who pays for the return shipping?
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is securely packed and shipped back to us.
5. Can I exchange my product for another model?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to change your product, please return the current item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Can I cancel my order before it ships?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@mayzicup.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return policy to return the item.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@mayzicup.com as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and getting a replacement or refund.
